1. Induction and Orientation

The 2017-18 Class participated in the Induction and Orientation session on March 2nd & 4th, 2017, at the 32nd APAO Congress in Singapore. The 1-day session included an Insights Colors program, facilitated by Mr Simon Abbott and sponsored by Allergan

2. Master Class

The Leadership Masterclass (previously called Mid-term Forum) will hosted by the College of Ophthalmologists of Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka from September 29 to October 1, 2017. More details will be available soon.

3. Self-initiated Project

Each participant is required to plan and execute a self-initiated project. They are to send their project title and propose a mentor to the Central Secretariat by December 15, 2017.

4. Graduation

Each participant is required to plan and execute a self-initiated project to be presented at the 33rd APAO Congress in Hong Kong to graduate from the Program.
